Aceraceae

Habit
Picturesque small tree, 5-7 (10) m tall, slow-growing and smaller than the normal variety.
Leaves
White spots.
Demands
Not as robust as the species, best on fresh to moist, well drained soil in sunny or slightly shady areas.
Note
The normal, green-leaf twigs that sometimes develop are best cut in summer or autumn. The green twigs grow faster than the variegated ones and lead the tree to turn green.
