Abies koreana 'Veredlung'

Asymmetrical, broad small shrub, 0.8-1.5 m tall, 2-3 m wide; branches fanned out, lateral twigs short and dense; slow-growing, 10 cm per year.

Fruits even earlier than the seedlings, many conspicuously crimson-violet cones, up to 7 cm long, with thick drops of resin.

Cut the occasional vertical shoots. Otherwise, the broad, fanned out habit will be lost.
